Scam artist, avoid at all cost:
I wanted to make sure that everyone was aware of a contractor that you should avoid at all cost. We hired K. Ross to grade our backyard hydro seed our backyard on March 18th.
Firstly, his communication was abysmal, we had to chase him up multiple times for him to acknowledge that he was coming. Which, whatever, that's no where near the issue.
After watering daily and fertilizing the grass multiple times for 3 months there are lines that run across the backyard from the poor job that he did at grading the backyard. The hydro seed did not take in a number of places and has left us with an extremely patchy lawn.
Kevin Ross mentioned multiple times that he would come and respray our yard if the results were inadequate. Upon reaching out to him on separate occasions, he said he would come by and never came by. The most recent attempt to contact him was on Tuesday May 24th, to which he did not respond and ignored us.
AVOID THIS PERSON AND HIS SERVICES AT ALL COST.
