This school hires cheat labor that doesn't watch the children well enough. My daughter was scratched her face which took two weeks to heal (that how deep the scratches were). She was bitten twice. They asked me to find another daycare. I asked if my child started it and they told me no. So why wasn't the parent with the fighting kid asked to leave. Because it was easier to tell me since I was the one dissatisfied. The management is not trust worthy.

My two children have been going to KidiZone for over 2 years. I have seen them grow and be academically challenged. My 3.5 year old all ready knows her whole alphabet by site and 50% of the phonics associated with the alphabet. My 5 year old started kindergaarten 2 weeks ago in a private school and is allready excelling in that he was more than prepared and had started to read. I am a full time working mom and have found KidiZone to be very reliable, well staffed and easy to work with. When there are discipline issues, they are handled professionally and I know my child is being watched. I recommend it to all my neighbors.

My son was injured 3 times. The 1st time either the director or the teacher didn't tell me until I discovered the injury on my son's left eyes by myself. The 2nd time they lied about the injury/incident report. The 3rd time another kid bite my son's hand. (Not one but both!!). The director (Rodriguez) told and show me only one hand was bitten. She changed my son's clothes from short sleeves to long sleeves in order to hide the bite mark. I discovered another big 'red' mark on my son's right hand later in the evening at home when I was giving my son a bath. The incident report is totally a lie. I had to take my son to emergency on the same night because he has a high fever and non stop cyring because of the pains. Doctor told me most probably the other kid who bit my son had the mouth infection. Don't waste your time and money with this stupid daycare. Look nice outside..and roomy and bright room inside..but the teacher and the director...god knows what to do with them.. The teachers are very young like a high school kid and inexperience. I can't imagine how they will managed to do a fire drill for the baby in case there is a fire in the baby's room..
Now,I am putting my son in a new day care.. I met two moms who were previously put their kid in Kidizone.. They had the same nightmares.. always worry about their children's safety.. As a mom ..MY advise to the working mom out there....PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR SON AT RISK..The director won't listen to your comment/complaint..Maybe she nodded yes in front of you..but no action has being taken to make this place a better place for the kid..AVOID THIS PLACE..
