terrible customer service.:
when i first signed up Kathy told me a quote of 95 then the day my son started she bumped the fee up to 115 (still affordable and i could not take him to work, so he stayed) son was only there for 2/3 months. he started coming home saying bad words. its tax time and im needing a statement for where i paid with a tax id #. ive been trying to contact since January it is now the 3rd week of march. no return phone calls and when i stop by no one can help me.
