You will be smiling with Dr. Dawn's service, but not with the surprise bills from your dental insurance after the office have overcharged them and left you stuck with the bill. After almost four years of service, I'm leaving and sorry to be doing so. But, there is no need to stick your customers with what's left over from charging the insurance companies well beyond the normal and customary fees.
