Very Unprofessional:
This person purchased our software in 2011 and until a few weeks ago we hadn't heard from her - not one word about 'problems from the beginning' which she started to claim AFTER, as agreed, she was billed $10 (ten dollars) for a service call. Our software is sold without prepayment for support so the initial cost is much lower. There are no annual or monthly support fees, lowering the cost considerably. The agreement with every client is that because there has been no prepayment for support, payment for support is expected when help is requested. Seriously, all this uproar is over a mere $10 (which was actually reduced from $29).
