Unprofessional:

Kim's Nails Salon is a very unprofessional and negative atmosphere. When I get my nails done I like receive services in a relaxing, professional environment. Kim is very unprofessional and rude often insulting the clients. I will not return back to this salon. I can no longer spend my hard earned money in a place that does not respect each and every one of their customers.
