this place get 0 stars in all honesty. first let me start off by saying we love our dog and would not trade him for anything. However, when we purchased him we were told that part of the cost was to cover initial vet visits, shots, deworming, normal puppy stuff. This was good until the dog was 9 months. Okay...fantastic. Then he proceeded to tell us he care so much about his customers and these pets that if anything, and i mean anything happened to the dog in the first year, he would personally cover it. Even went as far as to say if the dog falls off the bed and breaks his leg, it is covered. Holy cow, wow that is amazing and unheard of, was our response. Well it is unheard of because it is a whole lot of lies. Unfortunately our puppy became very sick and was diagnosed with HOD (he is okay now) that required daily vet visits & an over night stay at an animal hospital. We would have paid any amount of money to make sure our boy was okay so money was not an issue...however, since the guy offered we would take him up on it. We were only looking to recover the cost of the dog, even though the bills exceeded that cost. Well, it has been 3 months, and when he actually responds he needs to talk to the vet...which he has as i was actually at the office the one time he called or will get right back to us...and yet nothing has happened. Not even a "I'm sorry your puppy almost died" but he cares about his customers and the animals. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! IF YOU HAVE DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF, IT WONT BE. Buyer beware
