Saunter inside King Tut’s dark lair and be mesmerized with Egyptian-looking artifacts and Middle Eastern music in East Orlando. The cozy ambiance is a mix of granny’s upscale parlor to a formal setting with its red and white upholstered chairs and booths surrounded by wooden borders for privacy. University of Central Florida students and locals drink beer, wine or smoke hookah while watching belly-dancers shimmy and shake on the dance floor. Other distractions include shooting some balls around or watching an Arabic TV station as a projected image on the side of the bar’s wall.
When to Go:
Watch belly-dancers perform every Friday night.
