We have been using K&J for our HoA for about 2 years, There have been several instances when I had to address specific problems with the quality of the work but they were mostly addressed. Starting last month we got back on the weekly schedule with the spring season and have had multiple problems every week that are clearly a result of being reckless and simply not using the proper equipment for the job. A large riding mower is used when most of our property isn't large enough and the a weed whacker is used to "cut" other areas of lawn. The badly damaged a large holly bush by running into it with the riding mower, damaged grass at multiple locations on a weekly basis by scalping with the weed whacker, damaged newly seeded areas by using the riding mower before the grass was established, and damaged siding on several houses with the weed whacker. It's clear that their priority is getting in and out in 20min to move on to the next job. We finally had enough and terminated our contract.The owner claimed that they couldn't do a good job because of our landscaping - as if it is our fault they aren't competent. I found several other much better companies for similar price.

Would not recommend to use unless you want a headache and poor service.
