WARNING: do NOT go to this doctor!!!:
The office staff and doctors at this office are very rude. And they need to learn basic communication and listening skills. If you are looking for a doctor who listens, DO NOT GO HERE.

I went to get a simple physical and required certain blood tests for a trip I was going on. I had scheduled an appointment on a Monday, and I told the doc that time was of essence because I need to send off the test results by Friday. The office staff assurred me that this was plenty of time. After the physical, the doctor directed me to a third-party lab for collection. I asked "OK, so this is it? I take them this paper? This is all the testing I need done?" "Yes," was her reply. "And I'll have this by Thursday, and there's nothing more for me to do?" I asked. "Yes," was her reply.

72 hours later, the doctor called me and said that the results were in, and then said that I needed to go to the lab to have two more tests done. "But why?" I asked. No answer except "The form that you gave me says that you need it." "You mean the form that I gave you on Monday, and before I left your office, I asked you if there would be anything else that I would need to be done?" No answer.

I stressed "Now this is going to take longer, this is a simply physical and some blood tests, and I explicitly shared with you my need to get the results before Friday. Now you are saying I have to go to the lab for collection again for DIFFERENT TESTS???" She pauses, and then she TRIES TO BLAME ME FOR HER MISTAKE. She said "We are always busy so I don't have time to read everything until the end of the day. So I don't see how this is my fault."

WTF???

To be specific, this "physician's assistant", who merely substitutes for a doctor, is Jae Graham. She didn't listen and she said "I didn't read the form until the end of the day after you left." WTF??? We read it together, you moron, and I asked you questions about it, and you circled stuff on the paper. Where you not even paying attention??? I was the only patient in the clinic (probably for obvious reasons due to bad service). There was no hurry. You just weren't listening and didn't care until we called and bugged the heck out of your office assistants Thursday asking you to sign the form so we can use the results that we did have. (Yes, that happened also.)

Like I said, if you are looking for a doctor who listens, DO NOT GO HERE.
