SOOOO disappointing! After my husband and I found this place we started going a lot. We are a 6 person family, so needless to say we always spend a lot when we go. I have called for take out sushi several times. TWICE they made the order incorrectly and just completely forgot some of the food. I called them and they said they would replace the order and give us a free roll for the problem. We went in tonight to have the food replaced AND order other food that we were happy to pay for. Once the person who told us she would replace our food was informed that we were there she came out and told me I was wrong and she wasn't going to replace the food and that I had lied to them and I did get my order correct and kept grabbing my arm. I SOFTLY replied that if that was what her chef was telling her he was flat out lying! I also kindly asked her to STOP touching me and she threatened to call the police on me because I was threatening her! She called us liars, treated us like we were just trying to get free food and threatened me with the police and made a big scene herself then apologized to other customers around us for my behavior! I was humiliated, astonished, and literally left the place in tears! To top it all off...the food they did replace was made all wrong AGAIN and most of it was missing AGAIN! My suggestion...spend your hard earned money elsewhere!
