The ilovekickboxing class at Korean Martial Arts is an awesome class. You get a great all over workout and it is a lot of fun. If you don't like going to the gym because it is so boring, then this class is for you. The people are really nice and the class is a lot of fun. Excellent for a cardio workout. I've been going for over 9 months to this class and I still love it and will keep coming back!
