Kosama

This is one of the best gyms I've ever attended! The instructors are top notch, funny, experts and I LOVE KOSAMA! Don't listen to folks who cannot read their contract. I purchased a Living Social back in May of 2012 and became a member right away. To date I have lost over 50+ pounds and cannot live without my Kosama fix! Check it out for yourself.. You will be happy you did.

BEWARE when you sign a contract with this company!!!!!! I signed a month-to-month contract with this company and I have had to pay for multiple months to cancel it. First, they told me that I signed a whole year contract but when I had them get my contract out, it clearly states that I signed up for a month-to-month contract. Then I was told that since they switched over to a new system, I was still going to be charged the $99 canceling fee and there was NOTHING that they could do about it. Instead, they suggested that I freeze my account for 3 months and then cancel when it starts back up again and that I would end up having to pay for 1 more month. I once again signed another sheet that stated the same thing. Fast forward to today.... I was told that I now have to pay 2 months in order to cancel my contract because I froze my account (at the suggestion of the owner) and paying for 2 months is almost double the canceling fee! I tried calling the corporate headquarters and left multiple messages but to no avail and the number was for snap fitness. Beware when entering into a contract with this franchise!!!!
