I have had a wonderful experience with Kris-Leigh Assisted Living over the last few years. The residents are so sweet, and the staff are caring and respectful. They host wonderfully fun resident parties throughout the year. The Activity Director is great with providing appropriate activities for the different residents and many enjoy the offered outings. The delegating nurse is very knowledgeable and approachable - she always responds with simple but detailed information. The director is also a very knowledgeable nurse and easy to talk to. It is nice that Kris-Leigh offers resident and family counsel meetings, so they can listen to the customer voice and respond/plan accordingly - that is a nice touch! I am really impressed with how warm and welcoming the residents are with the new residents, and how the residents build strong bonds with each other and the staff - this is truly a loving family environment called home!
