If you want to pay top dollar for a C@!%!Y vehicle go no further than Ethan Kupperman's, K Motors. If the lemon we regretfully bought and subsequent mechanic bills were the extent of the headache, that would be one thing. After the vehicle purchase, the customer service became HORRIBLE and I'm talking directly about Ethan Kupperman. He screwed up the title transfer over and over again, only to ultimately have us drive back to his used car lot to give us a check to take care the tag and title ourselves (and I know $60 will not cover the tag and title transfer). I explained to him that I would appreciate him redoing the title CORRECTLY and have the tag transferred as we discussed, and mail it to us. His answer was "...ok, but it'll cost you more money" and this is for a process that is "included in the purchase price". Ladies, there is a reason this "winner" is not married. Ethan Kupperman is a lazy man, whose customer service "solution" is to do as little as possible to save HIMSELF from too much hassle.
As he washed his hands of us he called out, “this is all legal!” Legal or not… his conduct is not worth a single vehicle in his lot. Just because something’s legal doesn’t make it right.
