Lose a customer for 1 cent. If your selling something for $2.99 - $5.99 or $10.99 don't ring up whole numbers on your register. If that is your advertised price give the customer the penny change. It may sound like it's no big deal but you insult the customer for the price of a penny. Stupid is as stupid does.
