This place is a "No-Go" - Stay Away:
While my wife and I were picking up our car that was towed (our fault), the Account Manager, Roger Holmes became insulting, condescending, and disrespectful to us both after we disputed an extra charge for one day.
I was told one thing by two people from the shop and when I came in to pick up the car, I found out that he charged an extra day. I could not get my car without paying. He then told me to meet him about a block away and he would show me my where my car was. He never showed and left me in the rain. I had to call the body shop three times to finally be directed to where my car was, unlocked, with the keys in the ignition. It was "pay back" for disputing a charge and standing firm with him. He was not there waiting for me in a van and if he was, he would have seen me standing at the corner and told me just to follow him.
Do not go here! If you need your car towed for any reason, refuse to have it sent here. You will be ripped off and treating like dirt. Roger Homes treats people like dirt!
Update: When I went to my town police to complain, I found out that, by contract with the town, the towing fee charged includes the the first day the car has to be left in the yard. I also learned that the daily charge they charged me was $5 over what their contract with the town states. The contract with my town also requires L&J to accept credit cards. We had to pay them in cash. Still waiting for my refund one month later.

Unprofessional and creates fees:
if you need a tow NEVER call these people. THE BOROUGH OF ROSELLE SHOULD IMMEDIATELY CANCEL THEIR CONTRACT WITH THIS 2 BIT OPERATION. We had an accident and they towed our vehicle. Fine. We went to get the vehicle on the same day it was released and they came up with fake charges so we waited until the next day and contacted the RPD. They contacted the company and explained that the vehicle was under investigation and should only be charged the tow fee and at the least the minimum storage as we were there on the same day of the release to pick it up.
NOW WE HAVE MULTIPLE DAYS OF STORAGE AND FRANK, THE MANAGER DOES NOT UNDERSTAND why we are frustrated by the error that he and his employees made by quoting false fees to us which has now created additional storage fees.
