L & N Carpet Cleaning

Had them come clean our basement carpet. No odors and very dry basement. After they left there was a strong chemical smell( say they don't use chemicals). Took 4 days to dry it was so wet including the stairs. Kept wanting to spray stuff on it and charge more money finally I said no just clean it. Came back to ck on it said nothing they could do but may be go back over it but they didn't want to. Very rude, just left me standing there and walked out the door. Would not recommend them. We have rehabbed houses for 20 years and never had a problem like this or handled so unprofessional

Recently, L&N Carpet Cleaning came to clean my carpets. The guys showed up within the time frame I was given, and were friendly and well mannered. They offered my additional treatments, and were still friendly once I declined them. They moved a lot of my furniture for me, and were very careful around the things they couldn't move. They cleaned my 6 rooms in about an hour and my carpet looked great. Once it dried, it still looked great. I will definitely use them again and will recommend L&N to all my friends and family.
