Not Reliable:
Had him check out a problem with my hatchway. It took him a while to finally see me. He was very nice an gave me an estimate. He had my ok to do the job. After four months of emails and phone calls to get him over to do the job, I finally gave up and got someone else. He had done nice work in the past for me, but obviously he has gotten too big for small jobs and can't be bothered telling you he doesn't want it. He just makes you wait. If you have a very long time to wait, then I recommend. If you want the job done, go elsewhere.
