WARNING DO NOT STAY: I stayed the first night at the hotel first we have no towels. When we asked the cleaning lady for some she told us no! Go to the front desk. When we went to the fround desk they told us to go get them out of the laundry too. WTH. Second we paid for another night through online third party Jan the frount dest lady lock us out of our room while we are at the pool and tells us that we didnt pay and that shes calling the police. My wife tried telling her that we paid on line and that I may take some time to go through but Jan did not want to hear what she had to say and not letting her in the room. I left the pool bc my wife was upset to go to the frount desk to discuss what might be the problem. Jan insulted me and said that she lock us out bc we did pay. I told her that we did pay on line and she told me that she had no record of it and that she was calling the cops because we didn't pay. I am a health care professional and I pay my stay. Staff is rude, the rooms are dirty, smelly and the staff is the worst people in the world. WARNING DO NOT STAY,
