Ladies Workout Express is located across from Burns Park in a small shopping center. The fitness studio offers a 30-minute workout plan, weight machines and yoga and Pilates classes. we have a circuit gym for ladies of ages 10 to 90. you get cardio and strength training all within 30 minutes. there is always a trainer on the floor helping, motivating and caring for each members needs. we are a comfortable, friendly health club. our gym is kept very clean.
