NEVER MOVE HERE!!!!! I lived in apartments my entire life and this is the far worst place ever! I can write over 10 pages long on every subject about this place and all of them will be negative. Neighbors- constant drunk fights and screams that someone is going to kill someone or chasing with a knife at least 2-3 times a week. Pest- charging me for pest control, not a single time showed up at my apartment to apply the pesticides. Red roaches on the inside all year long, ton of big roaches on the outside during the summer. Water leaks and flooding- prepare to call a carpet company because maintenance won't do the job in time and you grow with mold, plus they track more dirt in dirty shoes than an actual flood. Staff- manager is always sweet to your face, but heard many times her calling me "b" word behind my back. Pretenders- say they will take care of it and or I don't have to worry about anything and then come back around hurt you with everything they can. Many times can't track their billing, you can get harassed by them for not paying for the last month or even get evicted and when you bring your account statement showing you paid them in time and it's their own error, they won't believe you. Seen to many people's stuff being thrown outside and stolen as "eviction" and people come back home finding they got no home or their belongings anymore because some error happened on the apartments part. Repairs- takes 4 different guys till the job finally gets done to "works for now" point. Gym- never works, gate is always closed and guys have to climb over to work out, I am a 35 years old lady and I am not going to climb over to work out for 15 mins. You see nice running machines when you sign up, make sure you try to turn them on, none of them is working. It took a year till the main work out machine got fixed. Mailboxes- most of the doors are broken and my mail always get's lost or stolen. Overall, everything would ok to put up with but staff and manager are the most cruel, disrespectful and backstabbing people. For instants, when I had a leak inside and complaint about it, manager said they will send someone out next day to fix it. I took a day off, spent all day waiting for the person to show up and when finally decided to drive down to the office to find out when the guy would come, I open the door and a note falls down. Note said "fixed your problem, if you have any issues please call the office". I was so angry! When, where, how? I was home all day, leak is in my kitchen, how did he fix it without coming in? He must have special powers. I was assured that the guy will come back next day and not to worry, so I took another day off. The same story no one showed up, it continued for about 5 days and when it finally got fixed and I was complaining about losing work days because of this, I was simply told " We fixed the problem in time, we don't understand what are you saying. It was told you will be taken care of today and we did so." and when I said that I was told it would be fixed every day, they said " do you have any prove of that? any paper trail or emails with our conversations?". I was so angry and never felt so stupid. That's just few of examples on how they handle the things in this place.
