Since 2005 the company has been providing Community Development Groups.

Lakeside is located in Rogers Park on Chicago's Far North Side. The agency assists residents from our immediate service and across the Chicago region with tenant advocacy, pre- and post-purchase housing counseling, foreclosure prevention, and community association training and technical assistance.
