Lakewood Adult Family Home, Inc is a private and state-licensed residential care home located in Castleton. Our nine bed home can be found within the western foothills of central Vermont in the heart of the lakes region. We are licensed under the State of Vermont, Department of Disabilities, Aging, and Independent Living as a level III residential care home.
