Don't be fooled by her online credential! This is a horrible doctor! I was 4 month preganent with normal one baby. First day she asked for $500 extra if I want to make sure she will be at the hospital for delivery. I asked shouldn't this be covered by my cigna ppo insurance, she said without the extra pay, she can't guarantee to be there. Our ppo insurance policy stated clearly that for prenatal cares, only one copay should be charged for the first visit. She charged me more than once. I took a blood test but while waiting for the testing result reading, she was on vacation. Once she came back and found out I am switching to another doctor, she saw me and let me wait for an hour. Then she refuse to tell me the result with a harsh attitude, even all i am asking is a simple answer that whether it's a positive or negative result. After I switched doctor, I learned that I missed quite some necessary tests that should've been done during this important period. Again, that testing result is good, she should've just told me so I could have a peace in mind. She choose not to, because she doesn't care, and treat her patients like business, not as human.
She also has weird office hours. And her assistants are very mean, especially to asian patients.
