I went to Lambert's this morning to get the most basic of orthotics: crutches. Even though the staff did not seem to be doing anything other than chatting with one another and no one else was in the store, they told me to "have a seat and we'll be with you in a few minutes." Then it turns out they didn't have in stock any crutches to fit anyone over 5'-10." Really? No crutches in that size? I asked if Walgreen's would have them and they said "they might." Not helpful.
