We had a problem on the way to our service appointment, so we had to reschedule our appointment time. The service department did a good job with the rescheduling process.

They were very thorough telling me about the car, showing me around the dealership and letting me know the continuing services Bill Jacobs offers. In addition, after the sale I was contacted multiple ways (email, mail, phone) so I had ample contact information if I was to have additional questions.
