Langley Federal Credit Union is a member-owned, not for profit credit union dedicated to serving communities throughout Hampton Roads, Virginia.

LFCU has awful customer service and the staff is very heartless and uncaring. I have been to several branches in the last 2 weeks and they all seem to have the same attitude. They do not explain loans and the differences clearly. They do not like when you ask questions because their responses are very short and the representatives seem annoyed. When I call it is very unprofessional and when I go in no one ever shakes your hand. I have been with LFCU for 11 years and recently just feel like I am an account number and credit score. There is nothing wrong with my score but I disappoint by the lack of services I have received. I am ready to looking for a better credit union. I do not want to invest and any more time or money with LFCU.

HORRIBLE!!!!! Run away while you can. Customer service is horrible, company as a whole is heartless and horrible business to work with. Its your hard earned money and take it somewhere else because they dont care about you, your business or their reputation.
