Larchmont Apartments

Look elsewhere in Norfolk for a place to live. These apartments are infested with Bugs (roaches, house centipedes, etc) and with Mold (from floor to ceiling). It dot so bad in the walls that they started expanding and growing these strange bumps. The manager Jackie is also VERY VERY rude. These apartments are expensive for what you get and are straight SLUMS!! They will also raise your rent every year.
