DOWNTOWN—Lark on the Park will host a spirits dinner in conjunction with Jason Kosmas' The 86 Co. they're calling "86 & Noise" on Monday, August 18. Cocktail hour begins at 6 p.m. and dinner starts at 7 p.m. Four courses with cocktail pairings will include steak tartare, grilled jerk chicken and more; seats are $75 per person plus tax and gratuity and can be reserved by calling 214-855-5275....
