Horrible patient relations and professionalism:
Horrible way to treat customers. I had a problem and I was greeted with being hollered at by Dr. Larry Wise and never did he try to listen to me. Then the secretary had the same attitude towards me and then throws her hand up and says "stop!" as I'm talking trying to explain my story. I will never return and I will spread the word as far as I can!
