f you need septic service, don't use "Larry's Septic Service" as I did today. He quoted me $320 over the phone. (We have two 1,000 gallon tanks). As he was pumping, he stops and tells me it will be an extra $70 because my tanks are over-full! "What!?!"
I have been getting my tanks emptied every 2 to 3 years. I always paid what I was quoted. There were never any issues.
I really feel I was taken advantage of. I had no choice but to pay him. My goal is not to see his truck on our street again!
