Great Compounds & Great Service..who knew?!:
I had heard quite a few great things about Bio-Identical Hormones and Las Colinas Pharmacy, but when I went in to see my Orthopedic Doc and he perscribed DMSO with piraxican in it. I was knocked out, not by the drug, but by the service and professionalism. I was spoken to by two of the Pharmacists as well as tech's and this was all while it was packed in there!! The service was great and the cream was impeccable for my tennis elbow/shoulder. GREAT PLACE! Oh and my vet mentioned last week that they use LCP as well. They have some sort of flavoring that they ccan make any meds take better for pets....who knew!!!!
Rude Unprofessional Pharmacist:
I had a valid complaint and the lead pharmacist kept interrupting me, talking down to me and then insulted me and the condition for which I was there.I was appauled by this man's actions and will go elsewhere for anything else. He sees things one way; his own. If you go and have a problem don't expect to be treated like a human being. But you can expect to be made fun of and ridiculed!
