Lash Beauty was opened in 2008 by Agnes Tsoi. Agnes started out renting a small studio in Sola Salon doing eyelash extensions and facials. She found that most of her clients came to her for eyelash extensions rather than facials, so she decided to make eyelash extensions her main focus.
