Since 2009 the company has been providing Animal Specialty Services.

Just returned home after driving 45 minutes each way for my dog's grooming appointment. When I got there I learned that she wasn't on the groomer's schedule, even though the appointment had been made after our first (and last) appt.

This is a very unprofessional "business" run by some kids and hippies that would be hard-pressed to work elsewhere. Apparently they don't use a computer to schedule appointments. They rely on a scheduling book and crayons.

Anyone who persists on going here, rather than Debbies in Cambridge or Paws & Claws in Natick is wacky. This place is horrible and I will never return.
