Chef Frederic Lange, a native of France, specializes in the cuisine of the Provence Region. This area is known for it's wonderful fresh cuisine and the lavender fields. This is authentic, prepared to order food -- enjoy a leisurely dinner.
Lavender is located inside the Country Club of Green Valley, and is open to the public. We offer light fare and sandwiches as well as main courses and preludes for lunch. The dinner menu is classic French cuisine. Reservations are suggested in season.
