Attorney Kerstedder from this firm represented my son today and truly did a poor job. He had my son waive his prelim., which the attorney should have not done. He more or less went to his prelim. with the mindset my son was guilty not even questioning if the arresting officer(corrupt) was lying which he did. It is a small town here in Bedford and every one I mean everyone is in bed together. No one has a chance even when innocent. They know that when a person does not have money for good defense they lie and railroad the defendant. Why waste our/their time; just take them out back of the court house and shoot them! Does any one else agree? I there was a half star that would be the on that I choose.
