I have purchased the program with 8 applications, paid in full back in Dec, 2016 for the 2017 season. Today is Aug 8. So far they only came 3 times. When they came, they did not leave any note telling me what they have done. The last application was done in early July. Yesterday, I found out 1/2 of my front lawn looks like Bambi, brown(dead) spots all over. I have been using lawn care service for the past 10 years, My experience tells me all these brown spots are burned by the lawn chemical! I called the office on yesterday morning, No one got back to me. I did try to reach someone in June, NO ONE got back to me either! If its not because of the name, I would think its a phony business!
