This is a bait and switch company. Charlie will agree to complete work at your home and will do so for a few weeks - including running over your hose and sprinkler and breaking them. He will then randomly double-bill you for work you did not agree to - in my case, we agreed to lawn care/mowing every 2 weeks; and he decided to do it every week and charge me without my agreement. When I tell him I will not pay for work I did not agree to, Charlie will then say, the work is too much, and his "equipment is breaking down", and talk to your wife about changing to 1x a week. Charlie will NOT tell you this means he is refusing to come at all, and leave you hanging. When you call Charlie to complain, he will tell you NJ law says he can do what he wants and decide not to service your lawn anymore and hang up on you. Do not use.

Got sod installed 4/20/17. Was given instructions to water and fertilize. Section of sod in backyard was different than all other sod. I watered as directed 2-3 times daily and as directed after (water bill was 3 times higher then regular for 3 months). Backyard was sparse and dying. I called to get instructions on how to fix. He answered phone and stated "I told you to water". I said that I did. He stated "Don't talk to me like I'm an idiot" then hung up. Bad Company. I had to put 1 star as you cannot submit with none, though this Co. deserves it.
