"Prime rib is elevated to art" at this Beverly Hills "institution", going strong since 1938, where "top-notch", uniformed servers "are still twirling the salad bowls" and "hand-carving" beef from silver carts; it's a "classy, old-style hangout" that's "not cheap", but most agree it's "worth it when the occasion arises."
