Layla's Falafel is a family dream come true. As it was the idea of my wife Layla, it was named after her. Our menu is rich with vegetarian offering and reflect the fact that our home meals are more than half vegetarian. The hummus is made fresh three or four times every day. The owners say their goal is “100 percent healthy eating” for everyone who walks through their doors, and it’s a spot area vegetarians and lovers of Middle Eastern foods have come to love. There are falafel sandwiches, kabobs, fattoush and tabbouleh salads, and they’re all made using old family recipes.
