Had a great experience at Legacy. I was worried booking online because I know that Panama City has lots of hotels and the spring break crowd can be rough on these places. We took our trip in June and had an amazing time! My two teenage boys had the best time of all! We felt safe enough to give them the freedom to walk around the hotel and local area. There were tons of things to do and the weather was great! We had an amazing view in our room with large balcony. My husband could relax while we set out on the beach. Our room had a full kitchen and free continental breakfast! We were never short on eating options as the hotel was located close to lots of options. Parking was surprising easy for this busy area and we did not have any problems with the hotel or our stay. They even sent us a early check in text message that allowed us to hit the beach way before the planned arrival!
Only drawback to the room was the pull-out couch/bed. The mattress was not very good, but what teenager needs sleep in Florida!
