Ordered a handle for a lawnmower over the phone and was told it would be in 3 days later. Not having heard anything for a week, I called to cancel the order and was told it might not be able to be cancelled if it was shipped. STILL not hearing from them (after more than a week), I called to find out the order status. Unbelievably, I was told I was being rude because I was adamant about canceling the order. Somehow, because the woman on the phone apologized for no one having called me, I was supposed to be okay with 1. No one calling me for over a week and 2. My credit card being charged the day I mentioned cancelling - even though the part still had not been shipped. A shame I can't give a no stars review here...
