Terrible experience. Booked the "Face It". The therapist stated she would "combine" the massage with the facial. What that REALLY means is she cuts your time short. What should have been an hour massage and an hour facial was and hour and a half. And to top off the disappointment of the appointment, she left product on my face. She greeted me on the other side of the door and did NOT say a thing, but let me walk out with product streaking my face. What an unprofessional place. DON'T BOOK HERE!
