HI.
I live less than a mile from this store. I took my main pump with the basket in last year this time and the impeller parts all needed to be replaced. whne they did this work I had to take it back 3 times for them to put it together right. this year the pump went out. I took it in and Alison asked if i needed some seal replaced. i told her everything was placed last year this time. when i got it back and put it on the system it leaked like crazy. I had to unwire it from the 240V and take it back. Alison told me i said not to replace some seal. I told her thats nuts. i just spent 450.00 and if i needed a seal i would have said put it in but no one called me. she gave me such a hard time about this i took it someone where else. that how you get treated after 7 years of doing business with them. ill NEVER go back.
