I recently got into an accident with my IS250. I had not purchased my IS from Lexus of Greenwich but took it there for repairs. At first I called and was connected to Danielle. After explaining my situation she told me to bring it in. I met with her the next day. She examined my car thoroughly, she was very meticulous.. asking me questions if this scratch was here or that scuff in result to the accident, bending down to check every little thing out. To be honest, I was a bit surprised, but I liked the professionalism. Once I got the estimate, I realized I had to take advantage, I felt like anywhere else I would have been taken advantage of, but I felt relieved working with Danielle. She went over everything with me from top to bottom. I was given a loaner for free for the time being which was great. Once I got my car back, everything was back to normal. The body work was perfect. I am happy that I went to Greenwich Lexus, they are true professionals.

i thought I went to Lexus of Greenwich, just to have a look around. Little did I know I would eventually get my new GS from them. I met Mike Rosen and we were talking about the model, all the safety features and specific trims and all that good stuff. We talked for what turned out to be an hour but I still didn't purchase the GS. I thought it over and I went back a couple days later and got all the paperwork squared. I love my new GS and it's all thanks to Mike Rosen.

Looking around at a couple of less expensive luxury cars, I walked into Lexus of Greenwich to check out their new ES. The new ES really gives the bang for the buck. It is great looking and very comfortable. I thank the people at Lexus of Greenwich for matching us up perfectly.

My experience at Lexus of Greenwich was stellar. The service is in a league of its own. After having quite a few cars, I've never had the pleasure to meet a more genuinely interested staff, EVER.
