I purchased a used 2015 truck from them. During the warranty period it had a problem with the ignition releasing the key. I dropped it off for a whole day and at the end of the day they said they made an adjustment. A week later the key wont shut off again. After a quick internet search I found it was a known problem with that vehicle. I contacted the "so called" Service Manager and he said he would look into it and call me back. He never did. I have tried to contact him 8 different times over 2 weeks and he always "just left" or is "with a customer". I was promised he would call me back each time and he never did. Now the warranty period is over and I am stuck with the expense of repairing the vehicle I just purchased myself. I would recommend staying away from this dealer and LIA in general.
