Head there before work if you're some kind of hyper-motivated superhuman, or go after the closing bell like the rest of us lazy slobs. Large variety of classes suitable for everyone from noobs to swamis. Remember, they don't practice ashtanga on Moon Days, so don't embarrass yourself by asking.
