VERY RUDE PEOPLE. Never ever again.:
I would NOT buy propane from these people every again. We payed our bill ALWAYS on time. Had nothing but problems We ordered full the bring 100gal charged full did not leave receipts. I called and asked them what happened and April (the office manger in Reading) got very rude. The price went up at this time coincidence? Doubt it. We continued to use them because of the contract we had with them. We ordered another fill and they delivered...Again no receipt. We call and asked April said it would be in the mail. So we got our receipt and they hand wrote a $50 delivery fee??? In the contract it says nothing about a delivery fee nor did we ever get charged one before. I call and ask why? April is very rude and says I'm sick of everyone calling about this damn fee its not my fault i had nothing to do with it. She went on a ramble and blows a gasket then says she will take the charge off and hung up on me(really April?). We called two months later to get a fill and the said they couldn't because their route was full.(not because our contract was 1.93 and not the 3.90 you are trying to charge people.) So we called the Coldwater office and they said "No problem" then they call back and say "You didn't tell us that you talked to the Reading office" If you want a fill it will be next week and the price is $1.06 more a gal. So I called the Reading office and talked to April she said no way to get a fill and denied swearing at us and says its not in retaliation to our complaint about the $50 fee. I told her we were looking into switching and hung up. Then we get a letter dated the same day as our conversation saying we violated our lease(HOW? No one can tell us.) and they are picking up the tank (which has over 100 gals of OUR gas that is PAID for .) Its still below freezing and they are taking our propane that WE PAID FOR. We owe them NO MONEY they are going to take OUR ONLY HEAT SOURCE. This PLACE SCREAMS BAD BUSINESS.
