My friends were charged twice on their credit card during dinner which should have been an easy accident to fixed. Instead Brian (the owner) called me up on the phone to yell at me and harass me for a mistake that his restaurant made. I always enjoyed my experience at the library but after his treatment of this situation (that I actually had nothing to do with-he only had my phone number because I was the one who made the reservations) I will refuse to step foot in the establishment along with my 10 friends who were with me that night. He does not treat customers appropriately or in a dignified manner. He never apologized knowing it was the restaurants mistake and ruined our experience there.

Hand-cut steaks by the ounce are "cooked to perfection" swear loyalists of this "solid" Williamstown steakhouse, a "family favorite" that also offers seafood, a "great salad bar" and other American eats in a traditional setting with shelves of books in the dining room; "attentive" service and "value" pricing complete the picture.

Library IV Restaurant serves a variety of foods including hand cut steaks, prime rib, fresh seafood, chicken, and veal dishes The steaks are cut in front of you by the chef in our open kitchen.
